Protection kit on guide unit (18-10-2011)

This kit is protecting the rods of a guide unit, to avoid a guarding housing behind this guide on a semiautomatic machine  (e.g.: label-,packaging-,printing-machine ...). Available on H guide units (for cylinders Ø12 to 63) and U guide units (for cylinders Ø32 to 63) and maxi stroke of 400 mm.

Leadscrew table (12-09-2011)

A range of 4 leadscrew tables for manual using.
 . Single table: screw with right step or left step
 . Double table: screw with right and left step (the 2 carriages move away or get closer)
Guided by 2 rods in steel on brass or polymer bearings (with or without scrapers) or ball bearings.
Stroke until 400 mm.
Accessories: grip knob, handwheel, positioning indicator, position clamping

Rotating cylinder 360° (15-04-2011)

Guidage en rotation assuré par 2 roulements à billes (couple de basculement de 14 à 47 Nm).
Sans amortissement, sans détection, ces vérins sont destinés aux applications simples, sans grande précision angulaire, mais nécessitant une bonne résistance aux charges sur l'axe de rotation.
3 possibilités sont proposées pour la sortie :
  - Arbre lisse
  - Plateau
  - Assembleur expansible (pour fixer simplement votre propre plateau)
  - Arbre claveté sur demande

Small gantry Type 353 (03-09-2009)

This small gantry is guided by 4 rollers on 2 rods.
Motorization by a pneumatic rodless cylinder Ø16 or a cylinder Ø16 ISO6432.
Hydraulic shock absorbers, inductive sensors, mechanical stops to adjust end of stroke. Strokes until 250 mm.

With grippers and vertical modules, AVM Automation propose a strong, compact and competitive manipulator (see picture).

Rotative base (30-01-2009)

This rotating base allows the rotation of a manipulator arm, during a load / unloading or an assembly.

The load capacity is 30 kg and the angle of rotation is adjustable from 0 to 195 °.

With grippers and linear units of the range, AVM automation proposes a complete system with assembly interfaces.
