Small gantry Type 353 (03-09-2009)

This small gantry is guided by 4 rollers on 2 rods.
Motorization by a pneumatic rodless cylinder Ø16 or a cylinder Ø16 ISO6432.
Hydraulic shock absorbers, inductive sensors, mechanical stops to adjust end of stroke. Strokes until 250 mm.

With grippers and vertical modules, AVM Automation propose a strong, compact and competitive manipulator (see picture).

Rotative base (30-01-2009)

This rotating base allows the rotation of a manipulator arm, during a load / unloading or an assembly.

The load capacity is 30 kg and the angle of rotation is adjustable from 0 to 195 °.

With grippers and linear units of the range, AVM automation proposes a complete system with assembly interfaces.

Guide profile (06-10-2008)

This profile allows you to realize your linear axis thanks to a real guide profile, provided for 2 railways with 23 mm wide (guide size 25) and the motorization of your choice.
With C form of 166 x 53 mm, it allows to put motorization or transmission in the middle.
You will so be able to transport from 10 to 100 kg, by linear motor, ballscrew, pneumatic cylinder, by inserting your own components.

Guides in Stainless Steel Type 34*X (05-12-2007)

These guide units in Stainless steel are intended for food industries, for chemical, humid and saline environment. Guided by 2 rods on ball bearings or plain bearings with wiper seals.
Adapted to the pneumatic cylinders Ø20 to 50 of any norms.
Besides, bearings, rods, couplings are available separately to realize a guide adapted to your need and integrated to your machine
