MANUAL TABLE AND BEARING

The manual leadscrew positioning tables are available with position indicator, grip knob or handwheel, position clamping. They are also available as double carriage with reversed step, cross-mounted for XY tables and lifting tables (fixed at one end only).

The ball bearings tables are also available without transmission for manual or external drive. Bearings (or bearing blocks), with or without guide rods, allow you to make your own guide, adapted to your needs.

GUIDE UNIT FOR PNEUMATIC CYLINDER

AVM Automation is the leading French manufacturer of linear guide units. Our range of guide units for ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinders is the most complete on the market with the Light and Classic U-series; the Classic, Strengthened and Heavy H-series, but also an economical range for ISO 21287 compact cylinders, a range with front plate in steel and a stainless steel range. It is completed by ball bearings guides for applications with a moving carriage, by linear units for applications requiring precision and rigidity and by accessories (bearings, floating rod couplings, guide rods) allowing you to make your guide adapted to your needs.

PNEUMATIC HANDLING COMPONENT

Our range of handling components consists of grippers, rotary modules and linear units, which enable complete handling assemblies to be produced.

COMPACT GUIDED CYLINDER

Compact guided cylinders are designed for short stroke movements requiring high rigidity (conveyor stops, liftings, etc.). They are particularly sturdy with a long guide and screwed end caps.

GUIDE FOR ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

These guide modules are delivered without motor, but adapted to your motorization. For Brushless or stepper motors: guides with ballscrew or leadscrew, for LinMot® linear motors: linear axes and guide units and for electric cylinders: guide units.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS
