Synchronization of 2 fine-pitch positioning tables for height adjustment of a long workpiece

For this application, a fine pitch of 1 mm was required for a table with a Ø16 drive screw and Ø20 guide columns. The adjustment stroke is 30 mm.

Two right-angle gearboxes and M10 threaded outputs allow the customer to connect the two tables with a semi-rigid shaft.

The system is equipped with a side-mounted control knob for easy access. The customer also requested a position indicator and a position lock.

This custom solution is based on our standard manual table range, allowing us to remain competitive and responsive.
