Our H-guide units fit on most electric rod cylinder
Adaptation to any type of electric rod actuator
. Fixation on H-body :
a/ by 4 screws on front face of the actuator
b/ by the actuator flange
. Actuator’s rod in the coupling :
a/ threaded rod compatible with ISO pneumatic cylinders
b/ specific threaded rod (M14x1,5 / M18x1,5 /M10x1,5 / M12x1,75 / M16x2 … )
c/ tapped rod (we produce a threaded tip)
Floating rod coupling or not
The rod coupling can be floating, with reduced play or without axial play according to the application (pushing, positioning, …) and the type of guide (plain bushings or ball bearings).
Adaptation even for 1 single piece
We can make the adaptation of your specific actuator even for 1 single part with roughed guide bodies in stock (finishing of the fixing of the actuator at the order).
For recurring markets, possibility of stocking specific bodies and couplings, we already have in stock parts adapted to the main electric actuators on the market.
Specificities of guide units for electric cylinders
– Guide on ball bearings or bronze bushings (or polymer bushings on request)
– Anti-corroding version (Alu and Stainless Steel)
– Standard strokes or stroke on request
– Short delivery time : 2-4 days if existing adaptation / 8-10 days if adaptation to be made
