This new gripper completes the range of screwing grippers for cosmetics and mechanical industry.

High-speed cosmetic screwing

This small gripper will be used for pre-screwing, orientation of caps, for moderate torque screwing (<1.5 Nm) or for reduced pitch stations (from 40-50 mm).

Indeed, with an external Ø of 37.8 mm and a tightening torque of 8 Nm at 6 bars, all for a weight of only 190 g, it perfectly meets the requirements of cosmetics in terms of speed and dimensioning and will easily adapt to your roto-linear systems thanks to its central rear pneumatic supply.
