Using of economical manual tables
Acting is done by a grip knob supplied with the table.
Maxi stroke is 100 mm for size 0, and 200 mm for sizes 1 and 2. Any non-standard intermediate stroke can be produced.
The locking in position is done on the trapezoidal screw, either in position B1 (above the front plate) or in position B2 (at the end of the end plate) depending on the access and the space available.
The position is visualized by a mechanical indicator or by ruler on the base plate.
The fixing on the frame is done by the 2 end plates (laminated holes) or by the end plate in “Z axis” version for vertical applications.
The positioning accuracy of economical manual tables
The axial positioning accuracy of these tables is <0.20 mm (in practice 0.05 to 0.15 mm), because the axial play is largely eliminated after locking in position, it remain only the axial play of the trapezoidal screw-nut system since the play in the transmission bearing is removed.
A 100% interchangeable fine pitch screw version (pitch 1 and 1.25 mm) is available with the 309F range.
Assembly of manual tables in 2 or 3 axes
Combination in manual XY table: for the creation of an XY cross table, the tables can be mounted one on top of the other using the base plate of the upper table.
Combination in manual YZ table: the vertical table in “Z Axis” version is mounted on the body of the horizontal table, directly or with additional threads on body.
Other possibilities with the range of manual tables
For applications requiring a longer body (torque), guide on ball bearings, a larger size, use type 309L/M.
The range of manual tables AVM Automation is extended, you can see the whole of this range of manual tables on the home page of this range.
“Custom-made” tables are possible for quantities> 10 pieces (please consult us for feasibility).
Examples of applications of manual tables
These tables are generally used for manual adjustment of a sensor, cell, camera or guide when changing series.
